Celebrating Distinguished GHF Team Members with 10+ Years of Service
At Global HealthworksFoundation, we are deeply grateful for the unwavering dedication of our team. This year, we are especially proud to honor 14 distinguished individuals — a mix of North American veteran volunteers and local health promoters — who have each dedicated over ten years of service, helping us bring compassionate healthcare to those in need. Their steadfast, long-term commitment has been the driving force behind our 12-year journey in Santa Cruz del Quiché, Guatemala, where we continue to provide comprehensive medical outreach to underserved families.

Summary of GHF’s Integrative Healthcare Services
In this video, GHF Founder Dan Wunderlich describes the free healthcare services that are provided to medically underserved communities in Quiché, Guatemala. These comprehensive services take into account all aspects of the patient’s health -- the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. The treatment modalities include: auricular acupuncture to manage stress, full-body acupuncture to regulate the body’s anatomical systems and to manage pain, therapeutic massage, natural plant medicine, Reiki energy, and special body-movement exercises that patients can repeat at home to continue their own healing. “It is clear that everyone leaves the clinic very happy!”
